Can I reschedule a confirmed appointment?
Yes. Contact the team at least 24 hours before the appointment to request a different time. Any new slot depends on therapist and location availability and is confirmed only when the team confirms it. Will I get a refund if Goswami Rehab cannot deliver my booked session?
Yes. If Goswami Rehab cannot provide a confirmed session and it does not take place, we will refund the full amount paid for that undelivered session. You may instead ask to reschedule, subject to availability; a new time is confirmed only after the team confirms the slot.Read the full refund terms
